Jasmine gained practical experience early in her legal training by working as a corporate summer associate at Seigfreid Bingham, P.C. in 2007 and as commercial litigation summer associate at Shughart Thomson & Kilroy in 2008. After graduating from law school in 2009, she worked as a commercial litigation associate at Polsinelli, P.C, where she litigated civil and commercial matters in federal and state courts nationwide, significantly assisting in securing an $87,000,000 settlement in favor of an antitrust plaintiff class of LCD screen purchasers by managing other associates in firm-wide discovery and trial preparation projects.

During this time, she managed outside counsel in personal injury, commercial, and intellectual property litigation matters and was primary licensing counsel in the drafting and negotiation of in-bound copyright, trademark, patent, and technology license agreements with industry-leading companies such as Disney, Marvel, Warner Bros, and SalesForce. As a solo practitioner, she assisted small and medium-sized companies with matters involving commercial litigation, business startup and planning services, licensing, trademark and copyright law, vendor contracts, mobile and web application terms of use, and data privacy.
